Who we are

At the heart of Dology is a team of dedicated and passionate people, united by a shared drive to positively transform the world. We are headquartered in Amsterdam but working as a fully remote team. Our founders Rolf and Michael have worked in leadership roles in CX and AI/Tech for companies like Google, Stripe, Schwarz, and  ProSiebenSat.1Media, and have also founded startup companies before. Dology was founded on the belief that Generative AI marks a pivotal moment in history and that we can use it to transform the way CX works.
